1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Statnivo collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit our website, create an account or use our football market research tools.
Statnivo is the trade name under which this service is provided. Statnivo, reachable at statnivo.service@outlook.com, is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, including your email address and securely hashed password.
- Settings you choose to save, such as filters, favorites and personal rules.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser type, device information, IP address, request times and diagnostic logs.
- Support messages and any information you choose to include when contacting us.
- Subscription and transaction details supplied by our payment provider, Creem (creem.io). Statnivo does not store full payment card numbers.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate accounts, save your preferences, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and comply with legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and your consent where required.
4. How information is shared
We may share only the information needed with trusted providers that support hosting (Cloudflare), authentication, payment processing (Creem), security and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, Statnivo or the public. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Statnivo uses browser storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and maintain essential service functions. Disabling browser storage may prevent account and preference features from working correctly.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your information is stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers, including Cloudflare. These providers are bound by their own data processing terms and may transfer data outside your country of residence.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can cancel a paid subscription as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws: the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email statnivo.service@outlook.com.
8. Children
Statnivo is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
