1. Free plan
The Statnivo Free plan costs €0 and does not create a recurring subscription charge.
This service is operated under the Statnivo brand, reachable at statnivo.service@outlook.com.
2. Pro free trial
Eligible new Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged the €9.99 monthly subscription price if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription automatically begins when the trial ends and renews every month until cancelled.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time using the subscription-management link provided with your purchase or by emailing statnivo.service@outlook.com. Include the email address used for the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not delete your Statnivo account.
4. Access after cancellation
When you cancel after a paid billing period has started, Pro access normally remains available until the end of that billing period. Your account then returns to the Free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
5. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has started, and we do not normally provide partial refunds for unused time. However, we will review requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect charges or material technical failure. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
6. Requesting a refund
Contact statnivo.service@outlook.com within 14 days of the charge and include the account email, transaction date and reason for the request. Do not send full payment card details. Eligible refunds are processed by Creem, as merchant of record, to the original payment method. Processing time is normally 5–10 business days after approval and may vary by payment provider or bank.
