1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Statnivo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
This service is operated under the Statnivo brand, reachable at statnivo.service@outlook.com.
2. The service
Statnivo provides football market information, historical observations, filters and user-defined research rules. The service is provided for informational and research purposes only.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password secure and all activity under your account.
4. Plans, trial and billing
The Free plan costs €0. The Pro plan costs €9.99 per month and includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the Pro plan automatically renews monthly at €9.99 until cancelled. Prices are displayed in euros and any applicable taxes may be added during checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment provider Creem (creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record. As the seller of record, Creem handles payment processing and transaction taxes, and the payment terms shown during Creem checkout apply to your purchase.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation and refund rules are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or redistribute data in a way that harms the service, bypass usage limits, introduce malicious code or use Statnivo for unlawful activity.
7. Research disclaimer
Statnivo does not provide betting, financial or investment advice and does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, profit or any particular outcome. Market information can be delayed, incomplete or changed by third-party sources. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the service.
8. Intellectual property
Statnivo and its original software, design, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
9. Third-party services
The service may rely on or link to third-party data, hosting and payment services. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms.
10. Availability and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue part of the service when reasonably necessary. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks or misuse the service.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Statnivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
